In the kitchens of La Source Blanche, Chef Yves brings over thirty years of experience, gained at the helm of the Hôtel-Restaurant Le Monal in Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise. His cuisine, generous and authentic, is inspired by seasonal local produce and showcases his culinary expertise.

Available by reservation and tailored to your preferences, Yves can prepare one or several meals during your stay, offer a half-board option (breakfast and dinner), or organise meals for special occasions.
